Mission
Through Help & Support, OIT prides itself on providing outstanding customer service to the campus community. While the appropriate technology solution can help you stay in balance, sometimes technology can become an obstacle. Our goal is to succesfully aid you in navigating your digital world by removing the technical challenges that get in the way and empowering you to take command of your technological life.

About The HelpDesk
The HelpDesk can troubleshoot and repair software related computer problems, refer hardware repairs to a certified technician for resolution and assist you with protecting your computer against spyware, adware and viruses. The HelpDesk can also assist you in scheduling Audio/Visual services for your class or event and find the right technology tools for your needs.
About Tech Services
OIT Tech Services provides a wide variety of technology support to the campus community. We support the services that you use every day, both those you see as well as the those behind the scenes.
Working in our offices adjacent to the HelpDesk, in your residence hall testing and repairing network jacks, deploying new computer equipment, or providing audio/visual support for campus events, you'll see us serving the entire campus. Our behind the scenes support includes services such as Webmail.
In whatever capacity we serve you, rest assured that you are getting technology support from the best. Our staff includes technicians qualified to repair almost any computer and certified to provide warranty service on IBM and Apple computers. Our education, experience, and certifications enable us to provide quality support with confidence.
