Accounts
Your email account consists of your network identity (Net ID) and your password. When you first receive your email account information you are given a temporary password. You use your network identity and password to access Thunderbird and WebMail.
Changing Your Temporary Password
Go to http://webmail.washcoll.edu/ or click here to go to the Change Password webpage.
Your passwords must contain at least 6 characters. The characters must be a mixture of letters and numbers. You may not use all letters or all numbers.
Since passwords are case sensitive, the words "DOG" "Dog," and "doG" are considered different. If you use a capital letter in your password, you must always make that letter capital. Your Net ID is not case sensitive.
