Sometimes the key to a great classroom experience, guest lecture or special event is in the details like the right projector or wireless microphone. Audio/Visual Services provides the equipment and personnel necessary to make your event, class or function run smoothly and successfully.

Schedule Service

To schedule Audio/Visual Services contact the HelpDesk at 410-778-7777. To ensure the best service, notify us of upcoming needs at least three days in advance.

Audio/Visual services supports classrooms and events for no fee from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm. If your event requires AV Services after 4:30 pm, an overtime fee will be assessed.

Overtime Fees

The cost for AV Services after hours is, at minimum, $25.00 per hour. This fee includes set up (which can happen during the routine work day, when possible), program monitoring, if needed and equipment retrieval at the end of the event - all on a per staff member basis.
Production Fees

There is an additional $10.00 per hour fee for video or audio recording/editing. If you want a copy of the audio or a tape of the video the fee is $10.00 per copy. If you want a DVD of the video recording the fee is $20.00 per copy.
